Responsibilities
- Assess patients’ physical conditions by conducting thorough evaluations of mobility, strength, and functional abilities using clinical standards and medical terminology.
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
- Collaborate closely with our therapy team to coordinate care plans.
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) or electronic medical records (EMR) systems accurately for documentation of treatment progress, discharge planning, and compliance with Medicaid documentation standards.
Qualifications
- Valid license or certification to practice as a Physical Therapist in Arkansas.
- Proven experience practicing in a physical therapy role within clinic environments.
- Demonstrated ability to develop effective treatment plans for diverse patient populations.
- Experience working with electronic health records (EHR) or electronic medical records (EMR) systems for accurate patient documentation.
- Excellent client communication skills with the ability to educate parents/guardians to reinforce skills at home.
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams while managing multiple caseloads efficiently.
