Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist located in North Little Rock, AR. The Physical Therapist will assess patients, develop individualized treatment plans, implement therapeutic exercises and interventions, and provide education to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Additional responsibilities include conducting evaluations, collaborating with other healthcare providers, documenting patient progress, and focusing on recovery and injury prevention.

Qualifications
- Expertise in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation
- Strong skills in Patient Care, including assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing support
- Knowledge of Medicine as it relates to musculoskeletal health and physical therapy
- Licensed Physical Therapist or eligible for licensure in Arkansas
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and collaborative mindset
- Previous experience in a clinical or outpatient setting is preferred
