This is a full-time hybrid role for a Full Charge Bookkeeper, based in New York, NY, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Full Charge Bookkeeper will handle financial transactions, prepare and analyze financial statements, process payroll taxes, manage bookkeeping tasks, and record journal entries. This role also involves working closely with clients and team members to ensure accurate and timely financial records.
- Proficiency in creating and analyzing Financial Statements
- Strong skills in Journal Entries (Accounting) and general Accounting practices
- Experience with Bookkeeping and Payroll Tax processing
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Prior experience in a CPA or accounting firm is a plus
