Yedla Hotel Management is looking for the best and brightest hospitality leaders!
Join our growing team as a Revenue Manager.
- Conduct weekly strategy meetings to provide direction and support to property teams to maximize revenue, profit and market share.
- Manage inventory and pricing, conduct business opportunity analysis, monitor demand projections, Star Report analysis
- Room revenue forecasting for assigned portfolio of hotels on a weekly basis for 30, 60 and 90 days out
- Assist with annual rooms revenue budget
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- At least 2 years of hotel revenue management experience is required
- Knowledge of brand revenue management systems is required. (OneYield, GRO, N2 Pricing)
- Experience with industry reporting such as CoStar and Amadeus
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products including Excel formulating and reporting
- Must be able to work with and understand financial information and basic arithmetic
- Use critical thinking skills to investigate data and assimilate complex information from different sources
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational management and ability to handle multiple responsibilities at once
