Yeargan Construction is seeking a dependable and skilled Residential Remodeler / Make-Ready Technician to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Complete apartment and residential make-ready projects
- Perform painting, drywall repair, and texture matching
- Install flooring, trim, doors, and cabinets
- Complete basic plumbing and electrical repairs
- Replace fixtures, hardware, and appliances
- Perform general carpentry and maintenance
- Ensure units are clean, safe, and move-in ready
- Work independently while meeting deadlines
- Maintain a professional attitude when interacting with residents and staff
Qualifications:
- Experience in residential remodeling or apartment maintenance preferred
- Knowledge of painting, flooring, drywall, carpentry, plumbing, and basic electrical work
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical labor
- Own basic hand tools (preferred)
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
