About the Role
We are growing fast and we need skilled Remodelers who can turn vacant units into move in ready homes. If you know your way around drywall, paint, trim, flooring, and general construction this is your spot. You’ll work on residential renovations, turnovers, and improvement projects across multiple projects
What You’ll Do
- Complete remodels and unit make readies (paint, flooring, trim, cabinets, etc.).
- Handle small repairs, punch lists, and general carpentry work.
- Maintain high quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.
- Work independently and meet deadlines.
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of remodeling or construction experience.
- Ability to use tools safely and effectively.
- Strong work ethic and pride in quality work.
- Reliable transportation, valid license, and clean record.
Compensation
- Hourly pay based on experience, & skill level.
- Consistent work year round NOT seasonal.
- Opportunity for advancement.
Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
