About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Distribution / Channel Business Development Manager to support and expand Yealink business through our key distribution partner, TD SYNNEX.

This role will focus on enabling the distributor sales teams, strengthening partner relationships, and driving engagement with system integrators (SI) and resellers. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, organized, and comfortable working in a channel-driven environment.

The position will be based in Greenville, SC, working closely with Yealink’s U.S. team and TD SYNNEX sales organization.



Responsibilities:


  • Distributor Sales Enablement
  • Build strong working relationships with TD SYNNEX sales teams across relevant segments.
  • Provide product positioning, solution guidance, and sales enablement support.
  • Conduct training sessions, product updates, and solution briefings for distributor sales teams.
  • Support internal campaigns and initiatives to increase awareness of Yealink solutions.


  • Channel & SI Engagement
  • Identify and engage with system integrators (SI), resellers, and channel partners through the TD SYNNEX ecosystem.
  • Assist in introducing Yealink solutions into partner opportunities.
  • Support joint partner meetings and follow-up activities.


Qualifications:


  • 2 years of experience in IT hardware, unified communications, AV, or collaboration technology.
  • Experience working with distributors, resellers, or channel partners is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working cross-functionally.


Required Skills:


  • Strong engagement and relationships with TD SYNNEX sales teams.
  • Increased partner awareness and engagement with Yealink solutions.
  • Active collaboration with SI and reseller partners.
  • Improved coordination between distributor opportunities and Yealink internal teams.


Pay range and compensation package:

Competitive salary based on experience

Local transportation and communication allowance
