We are looking for a founding LM/AI Engineer to join as a co‑founder in building a next‑generation AI platform grounded in Lean/Toyota Production System (TPS) principles.
We are seeking someone who already has strong foundations in language models and AI systems, has basic familiarity with Lean concepts, and—most importantly—is intellectually curious and motivated to learn deeply how Lean thinking applies to AI, work systems, and human development.
