Role Description

We're seeking a dedicated bilingual English-Spanish Staffing Recruiter to join our dynamic corporate team in Charlotte, NC. In this temp-to-hire, on-site position, you'll serve as the cornerstone of our recruitment excellence, managing the complete talent acquisition lifecycle with precision and care. You'll build lasting partnerships with clients across the hospitality and facility services sectors, ensuring their staffing needs are met with candidates who don't just fill positions—they elevate teams.

Your Impact & Responsibilities

Strategic Talent Acquisition:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes with meticulous attention to candidate experience and client satisfaction
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for staffing and temporary placement opportunities across our diverse service portfolio
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent in hospitality and facility services

Client Partnership Excellence:

• Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, serving as their trusted talent advisor
• Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to understand unique staffing challenges and organizational culture
• Deliver exceptional customer service that positions YCP Group as the preferred staffing partner

Operational Excellence:

Manage multiple recruitment pipelines simultaneously while maintaining quality standards and meeting critical deadlines.

Utilize industry best practices and market intelligence to enhance recruitment effectiveness.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen our competitive advantage.

Core Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in staffing services, temporary placement, and comprehensive recruiting processes
• Demonstrated proficiency in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent aligned with complex business requirements
• Exceptional communication abilities with a track record of building meaningful relationships with both candidates and clients
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, multi-priority environments
• Comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and current market trends in staffing and recruiting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Industry experience in hospitality or facility services (highly valued)
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
