The Guest Environment Expert is tasked with the systematic preparation and maintenance of our guest accommodations to the most exacting standards of cleanliness and order.
- Environmental Execution: Implement comprehensive cleaning protocols, including sanitizing surfaces, vacuuming, mopping, and linen replacement, to meet and exceed established health and safety benchmarks.
- Amenity & Asset Management: Ensure precise replenishment of guest room amenities and supplies. Conduct diligent inspections for maintenance requirements or potential safety hazards, and formally report findings to engineering and management through established channels.
- Guest-Centric Response: Address and fulfill guest requests with professionalism and efficiency, serving as the direct point of contact to enhance their in-room experience.
- Procedural Integrity: Adhere with precision to all operational procedures, including those for lost and found articles, key control, and the safe handling of cleaning agents, ensuring a secure environment for both guests and colleagues.
- Team Collaboration: Function as an integral part of the larger operations team, collaborating with peers and leadership to ensure a seamless and positive guest journey from arrival to departure.
We are looking for candidates who demonstrate a strong potential for success through the following qualifications:
- Professional Experience: Previous experience in a housekeeping or custodial role within a high-standard hospitality or healthcare environment is highly advantageous. However, we are committed to investing in training for candidates who demonstrate high potential and a strong work ethic.
