Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid position for a Real Estate Closer in Fort Lauderdale, FL that involves understanding the complete closing process from start to finish. Responsibilities include conducting in-person signing appointments, reviewing settlement statements, coordinating lender and title closing packages, assisting with drafting closing documents for buyers and sellers, and handling mailing and shipping duties. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities when working with clients, realtors, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience with Real Estate Closings, Lender closing packages, Closing Disclosures, and ALTAs
- Proficiency in handling Closings and Escrow activities
- Knowledge in Title Insurance processes and regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience in real estate law or title services is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Must be a licensed Florida Notary or willing to obtain Notary license.
- Must be Customer Service oriented. Hospitality experience a plus.
