Empire Title Services, an attorney-owned title company with its affiliated law firm, Breger De Biase, PLLC, is seeking a highly organized, intelligent, and motivated professional to join our Hollywood, Florida office.
We’re a busy, fast-paced real estate title and closing company that conducts closings throughout the State of Florida, and an affiliated law firm whose attorneys represent buyers, sellers, and lenders in real estate transactions.

The Title Processor & Closer plays a key role in ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely closings. You’ll interact daily with buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate professionals, helping to coordinate all aspects of the transaction from start to finish.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing communication with clients via phone, email, text, and online portals
- Opening and maintaining title files using ClosingVue, PracticePanther, and OneDrive
- Reviewing and interpreting lien searches, estoppel letters, mortgage payoffs, surveys, and tax data
- Preparing closing documents and sending updates proactively to parties throughout the process
- Scanning, tagging, and managing documents in DocuSign and digital filing systems
- Calculating and tracking critical deadlines under sale and purchase contracts
- Spotting potential issues and escalating them for attorney review
- Providing top-notch client service in a courteous and professional manner

For this position, we require:
- A minimum of two years of experience in a high-volume, professional office environment (real estate or law preferred, but not required)
- College degree preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Proficiency with technology, multitasking, and deadlines
- Positive attitude and commitment to professionalism
- Bilingual in English & Spanish is a plus
