Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to achieve sales targets for a dynamic, growing home service business
- Manage key metrics like average job size, average dollar per lead and close rate
- Coach and develop sales reps around their goals and metrics to achieve their potential
- Perform regular ride-alongs with sales reps to audit performance
- Hire and onboard new sales reps
- Manage the sales process to drive consistent results and continuous improvement
- Lead cross-functional meetings with operations, sales, and logistics
- Oversee business development efforts to expand customer base and market
- Perform market analyses on competitors, products, pricing, and customer needs
- Propose changes to pricing, product catalog and services and lead implementation
- Coordinate with marketing and call center leadership on lead and booking quality
- Run appointments and quote as necessary

- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work on roofs and from tall ladders
- 3 years of people leadership experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong user of technology to analyze trends, track metrics, and present information
- Experience in residential construction trades and estimating strongly preferred
- Total compensation range of $90-130k
- Salary of $75-85k based on experience.
- Bonus pay of $15-45k based on performance to goals
- 3 weeks paid time off plus paid holidays
