What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Partner (Co-Founder) position at YASLIMA?
I’m looking for a Miami-based Co-Founder to build YASLIMA with me for the long haul, a premium skincare brand focused on clean, effective, luxurious formulations.
This brand is deeply personal to me, the idea started more than 15 years ago, and it’s grown with me ever since. It truly feels like my baby.
Over the past year, I’ve built a strong foundation:
• Trademark approved
• LLC formed
• Brand identity product direction established
• Early formulations researched and tested
• Packaging concepts developed
• Clear vision for premium market positioning
I’m looking for a Co-Founder who:
• Lives in Miami, someone I can meet with often and build side-by-side. Being physically here is important for fast, real growth.
• Is fully committed to YASLIMA, not juggling multiple businesses or side ventures. I want someone who can focus deeply on building this brand together.
• Builds real relationships and can open doors with partners, creators, retailers, and opportunities.
• Communicates confidently and can represent the brand professionally.
• Takes initiative and solves problems independently without waiting for direction.
• Is willing to learn how to work with the right manufacturers, labs, suppliers, and partners.
• Stays organized and pushes the operational and business side forward.
• Thinks creatively and brings new ideas for growth, marketing, and brand development.
I’m looking for someone reliable, transparent, and ambitious, a partner who wants to build this with me for the long run. Someone who believes in creating something iconic and is ready to grow side by side.
