- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and courteous assistance
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly, demonstrating excellent customer service skills
- Maintain guest records, reservations, and billing information accurately using hotel management software
- Conduct night audits when scheduled, verifying daily transactions and ensuring financial accuracy
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs swiftly and efficiently
