Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to join our team in Princeton, NJ. This role is open to fresh graduates (trainees) as well as candidates with up to 10 years of relevant experience in recruitment. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in talent acquisition, particularly within IT roles, and be comfortable working from the office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles across various technologies
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and networking
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
• Support campus hiring initiatives, including planning and participating in college recruitment drives
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field
• 0–10 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (IT recruitment preferred)
• Strong interest in IT hiring and understanding of technical roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Must be willing to work from the Princeton, NJ office

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, etc.
• Basic understanding of IT technologies (e.g., SAP, Java, .NET, Cloud, Data, QA, etc.)
• Experience or exposure to campus hiring or university relations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn
