What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Partner position at YASH Technologies?
About YASH Technologies
YASH Technologies is a customer-centric, transformational global IT solutions and services partner with a proven track record delivering exceptional outcomes for Fortune 1000 enterprises across multiple industries. We're small enough to care and large enough to transform: we invest in a best-in-class culture centered on high-impact outcomes and direct leadership attention. For a Client Partner, that balance is the job. You’ll have real account ownership and direct executive access, backed by the scale to deliver what you sell. Everything we do is underpinned by a shared desire to achieve customer success, ensure employee delight, and make community impact. At YASH, we lead change from the front lines.
About the Role
The Client Partner is the end-to-end owner of one or more strategic client relationships. You are accountable for client outcomes, revenue growth, commercial health, executive trust, and delivery success. It's neither pure sales nor pure delivery: you own the account's growth trajectory while partnering closely with delivery teams to keep commitments. Growth means expanding beyond the established footprint, opening new service lines and business areas that reach past the CIO into new buyers across the enterprise. You'll do this through consultative selling: understanding each client's desired outcomes, shaping solutions around them, and knowing when to pull in the right people to deliver them. You'll work across service lines and with a global (onshore/offshore) delivery model, influencing teams you don't directly manage. This role is based in Peoria and is best suited for someone who is comfortable operating independently, enjoys building relationships, and can create opportunities while taking full ownership of outcomes.
What You'll Do
Own Revenue & Commercial Health
- Ensure client advocacy while balancing accountability for account-level revenue, margin, and pipeline.
- Maintain an always evolving account plan covering footprint, competitors, white space, and expansion strategy.
- Bring together the right internal teams to shape compelling, outcome-driven solutions and translate YASH’s capabilities into clear business value
- Participate directly in SOWs, contract renewals, and pricing discussions, partnering with SLs, Legal and Finance where needed.
Build Executive Client Relationships
- Serve as the trusted advisor and point of contact for assigned client(s), building relationships and gaining exposure to CXO stakeholders.
- Lead strategic governance forums and QBRs that keep the relationship valuable and anchored at the right level.
Ensure Delivery Success
- Partner within the organization to ensure predictable execution, and strong client satisfaction.
What You'll Need (Required)
- 15 years of progressive experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Demonstrated experience owning meaningful revenue and a track record of growing accounts through cross-sell or upsell.
- Direct experience in commercial processes: SOWs, renewals, and pricing discussions
- Experience building and managing relationships with executive stakeholders.
- Experience managing both the client relationship and delivery alignment, and a demonstrated ability to work across service lines, delivery teams, and geographies to drive outcomes without formal authority.
- Strong professional presence and credibility in Peoria.
- Ability to travel between 10-15%.
What Sets You Apart (Preferred)
- You've sold across multiple offerings rather than a single offering.
- Unlocked new growth in pathways that didn’t exist before.
