About the Role

We are hiring an Account Manager based in Cleveland, Ohio to build and grow client relationships in the local market. This is a high-ownership role where you will own the full client lifecycle—from relationship management to revenue growth and delivery alignment. You will be responsible for expanding existing accounts while also helping open new opportunities in the market.


As the primary face of YASH to the client, you will work directly with business and technology stakeholders, bring the right internal teams together, and ensure we are delivering meaningful outcomes. This role is best suited for someone who is comfortable operating independently, enjoys building relationships, and can create opportunities while taking full ownership of outcomes.


Responsibilities

Own Client Relationships

  • Serve as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts
  • Build and manage client relationships across business and technology stakeholders, including Director, VP, and CXO levels
  • Lead executive touchpoints including QBRs, roadmap discussions, and strategic reviews
  • Act as the client’s advocate internally while maintaining commercial discipline


Drive Business Growth & Commercial Excellence

  • Own account revenue, pipeline, and growth strategy for assigned clients, with clear accountability for growth outcomes
  • Expand the account by introducing new YASH services and capabilities aligned to client needs
  • Drive cross-sell, upsell, renewals, and commercial discussions including pricing and contract changes
  • Support new business development in the market by building relationships, opening doors, and contributing to new client acquisition


Solution Positioning & Account Strategy

  • Develop and maintain account plans including relationship mapping, pipeline, whitespace, and growth priorities
  • Anticipate client priorities, budget cycles, and upcoming initiatives to stay ahead of demand
  • Partner with delivery, pre-sales, and solution teams to position the right capabilities for each client need
  • Bring together the right internal teams to shape compelling, outcome-driven solutions and translate YASH’s capabilities into clear business value


Delivery Oversight & Client Success

  • Partner with global and offshore delivery teams to ensure strong execution and client confidence
  • Stay close to delivery to proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and manage escalations
  • Ensure alignment between client expectations, commercial commitments, and delivery outcomes


Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Act as the central integrator, bringing together Service Lines, Pre-Sales, Leadership, and Offshore Delivery teams to deliver a unified "One YASH" experience to clients
  • Share client and market insight to help shape go-to-market strategy and enhance YASH’s market positioning


What We Are Looking For

  • 5 years of role based experience in client-facing roles within IT services, consulting, or technology environments
  • Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships, including expanding existing accounts and/or opening new business
  • Demonstrated experience owning revenue or growth targets and consistently driving outcomes
  • Ability to build trust and credibility with clients across business and technology stakeholders, including senior leaders
  • Comfortable leading client conversations independently and navigating ambiguity
  • Experience working in environments where you are expected to create opportunities, not rely on brand recognition or inbound demand
  • Strong ability to translate client needs into actionable solutions by working closely with delivery, pre-sales, and solution teams
  • Comfortable working with global and offshore delivery teams, including managing expectations, communication, and execution across geographies
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and drive outcomes without heavy structure
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Cleveland, Ohio
