Job Description
We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Manager to play a pivotal role in building Yash Technologies new Manufacturing Vertical while driving strategic growth with our key Manufacturing Clients in the heavy equipment and discrete manufacturing sector.
This is a dual-responsibility leadership role. You will serve as a key account leader for the Manufacturing Clients by delivering business value and expanding the relationship. You will also work closely with the Manufacturing Head to design, launch, and scale the company industry-specific vertical focused on Business-led, AI-enabled Manufacturing Transformation.
This is a high-visibility position with significant growth potential as the vertical expands to other heavy equipment and discrete manufacturing clients.
Key Responsibilities
Key Manufacturing Client Leadership
- Act as a trusted advisor to the client stakeholders in IT, Digital, Operations, and Business leadership
- Identify, develop, and execute high-impact transformation opportunities in areas such as Clear-to-Build, Smart Factory, Modern Manufacturing, Connected Devices, IoT, SAP Digital Manufacturing, Predictive Maintenance, and Application Rationalization
- Drive revenue growth by expanding existing AMS scope into higher-value transformation, AI, and consulting engagements
- Build strong relationships across the client divisions and influence key decision-makers
Manufacturing Vertical Build-out
- Support the Manufacturing Head in designing and implementing the Target Operating Model, Governance, and Profit and Loss framework for the Manufacturing vertical
- Help define and develop reusable Business-led, AI-enabled solutions in areas such as Smart Factory, Clear-to-Build, Intelligent Supply Chain, and Predictive Quality
- Collaborate with horizontal practices in SAP, AI/ML, Cloud, and IoT to create integrated offerings
- Support alliance management with SAP, Siemens, Microsoft, and AWS to co-create industry-specific solutions
- Contribute to thought leadership, solution assets, proposals, and marketing collateral for the Manufacturing Vertical
Team and Delivery Leadership
- Lead and grow a high-performing delivery team onshore and offshore focused on the Manufacturing Client
- Ensure delivery excellence, strong key performance indicators, and high customer satisfaction
- Mentor and groom team members on domain knowledge and business transformation skills
- Work closely with pre-sales, solution architects, and business development teams to win new scopes
Required Qualifications and Experience
- 12 or more years of experience in Manufacturing and Industrial IT services, preferably with heavy equipment or discrete manufacturing clients
- Proven experience managing large strategic accounts in the manufacturing sector
- Strong domain knowledge in Smart Manufacturing, Industry 4.0, IoT, MES, SAP Digital Manufacturing, Clear-to-Build, or Digital Twin initiatives
- Experience in AMS and Transformation engagement models
- Demonstrated success in expanding accounts from support to strategic transformation
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive presence
- Strong understanding of AI applications in manufacturing is a significant advantage
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience with heavy equipment or discrete manufacturing OEMs
- Background in consulting, pre-sales, or practice building
- Exposure to SAP Digital Manufacturing, S/4HANA, EWM, IAM, Siemens Teamcenter, or Microsoft Azure IoT
- Profit and Loss or practice development experience

- Significant revenue growth and scope expansion with the key Manufacturing Client within 12-24 months
- Successful contribution to the launch of the Manufacturing Vertical including solutions, Target Operating Model, and go-to-market assets
