Early Childhood Teacher (Infant/Toddler) — PT/FT — Yarmouth, ME
$19–$20/hr $1,500 sign-on generous PTO | Small nonprofit (12 children) in a wooded, cozy setting near Portland.

The role: Support age-appropriate development for infants–pre-K (6 weeks–5 years), partner with the director and teammates on daily curriculum, and build warm, consistent relationships with families.
Schedule: We are ideally looking for full-time position (30–35 hrs); schedule flexibility for work-life balance
Pay & perks: $19–$20/hr base (starting base based on relevant credentials/experience; opportunity for increases over time), $1,500 sign-on bonus, paid PD time, PTO as above, holiday bonus.
Must-haves: CPR/First Aid (or get within 30 days), reliability, a nurturing presence.
Nice-to-haves: 1 year ECE experience; CDA/AA/BA in ECE or related.
