At Yark, a Parts Warehouse Clerk/Driver is responsible for delivering and picking up parts and equipment for customers, satellite stores, wholesale accounts, and vendors as required. 

Parts Warehouse Clerk/Driver Duties include but are not limited to:

• Coordinate with the Parts Manager, wholesale representative, inventory control administrator, and parts counterpersons prior to leaving the dealership for any last-minute pick-ups or deliveries
• Receive all parts
• Pull stock from shelves and stage for delivery
• Stock parts to correct storage location
• Notify manager of any errors or issues with inventory
• Unload truck each night and turn in all paperwork and undelivered parts
• Handle basic maintenance of the parts truck, including filling the tank with gas, checking oil, keeping it clean, and making sure that the required inspections are performed
• Maintain professional appearance. Maintain a high level of grooming and uniform appearance daily

Marginal Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Serve as back-up for Parts Clerk for inventory functions
• Match purchase orders and invoices, approves, and forwards to Accounting Office

Schedule: 

• This position can be full time or part time
• Flexible schedule

Requirements

A valid driver’s license and clean driving record is required for this role.
