Snow Removal Equipment Operator
Location: Saint Michael, Minnesota

About the Role
We are seeking reliable and experienced Snow Removal Equipment Operators to join our seasonal team serving the Twin Cities suburbs. This role is essential to keeping residential and commercial properties safe and accessible throughout the winter season. Work hours are on-call and weather dependent, requiring flexibility and a strong commitment to timely response during snow events.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a variety of snow removal equipment, including:
- Skid steers
- Mini loaders
- Blowers
- Salters
- Additional snow removal machinery as needed
- Clear snow and ice from driveways, parking lots, walkways, and other designated areas
- Apply salt or de-icing materials safely and effectively
- Perform basic equipment checks and report maintenance needs
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times
- Communicate with dispatch and team members to ensure efficient operations
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience operating snow removal equipment (skid steers, mini loaders, blowers, salters, etc.)
- Reliable transportation to and from the Saint Michael office and job sites
- Availability for on-call hours, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as weather requires
- Ability to work in cold, physically demanding outdoor conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial or residential snow removal
- Mechanical aptitude for basic equipment troubleshooting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
