About the Role:
We’re looking for a creative, results-driven Marketing Campaign Specialist to support Emerging Markets marketing across the Yardi Commercial team, with a focus on coworking and occupier audiences. In this role, you’ll plan and execute integrated campaigns that promote our solutions and content across key channels, including websites and landing pages, email, organic and paid LinkedIn, and select digital advertising.
You’ll partner with product marketing, sales, services, and the events team to align campaign strategy to revenue goals, including marketing support around trade shows through pre- and post-event promotion and follow-up nurture. You’ll also help develop campaign assets such as client stories, whitepapers, and blog content, then track performance and optimize to drive engagement, meetings, and qualified leads.

Annual Salary Range: $80,800 - $90,900

What You’ll Do:
- Develop and manage marketing strategies and plans for an assigned product line or vertical market
- Collaborate with internal teams—including writers, designers, and product stakeholders—to execute marketing campaigns
- Coordinate the creation of marketing collateral such as email campaigns, brochures, videos, social media, and press releases
- Support event marketing efforts by delivering promotional materials, event displays, swag, and presentation content for Yardi and industry events
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- A minimum of three (3) years of marketing experience
- Prior experience in business to business (B2B) marketing organization
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail, proof reading and editing skills
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Solid interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently or in collaboration with others
- Determination and internal self-motivation
- Experience in specified product/market/industry
- Marketing software (project management, CRM, website CMS)
- Enterprise software and real estate industry experience
