What You’ll Do:
- Manage billing and collections activities for an assigned portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.
- Make collection calls and establish payment arrangements to resolve past-due accounts while maintaining positive client relationships.
- Audit billing records and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Provide prompt, professional follow-up to client inquiries regarding billing, payments, and account status.
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Two (2) years of experience in accounts receivable/collections
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- High level accuracy, attention to detail, efficiency, and accountability
- Computer proficiency on MS Office products to include Word and Excel
- Ability to operate a 10-key by touch
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to apply tact and diplomacy
- Strong motivation and team orientation
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
