You equip sales with crisp messaging, competitive guidance and training that elevates every conversation. You champion the voice of the customer and bring it into product, marketing, and sales decisions. Your work drives awareness, adoption, and retention across the customer life cycle. What You'll Do:
- Define target audiences, craft compelling product positioning, and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
- Plan and execute go-to-market strategies, launches, and campaigns that drive adoption and client engagement.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and creative teams to develop impactful collateral, sales tools, and training materials.
- Analyze campaign performance, client feedback, and market trends to optimize marketing strategies and messaging.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
- Three years of experience in marketing, communications, or product marketing
- Prior experience in a business-to-business (B2B) marketing organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Knowledge of product launch planning, campaign development, and sales enablement practices
- Writing and storytelling skills to translate product information into clear, compelling messages
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Proofreading and editing skills
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy
- Project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Understanding of client needs and ability to translate feedback into marketing strategy
- Excellent organizational skills

- Proficiency with marketing tools such as project management, CRM, or website CMS platform

Annual Salary Range: $102,400 - $115,200
