What You'll Do:
- Provides guidance and support to mid to large-sized property management clients using Resident Services by ResidentShield
- Analyze client operations and usage data to identify areas for optimization and improved service delivery
- Coordinate and facilitate the resolution of client-reported issues by working cross-functionally with internal teams and vendor partners
- Build strong relationships with clients and vendor partners to ensure seamless integration and satisfaction with resident service solutions
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Two plus (2 ) years of project or account management experience
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with constant changes
- Ability to think analytically and effectively communicate analysis to clients
- Big picture focus while displaying a keen attention to detail
- Collegial, team-oriented disposition with the ability to establish cooperative working relationships with all levels of employees and clients
- Client-centered commitment and focus
- Independent decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Solid presentation skills
- Ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of software interfaces
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
