What You'll Do:
- Deliver compelling, value-driven product demonstrations tailored to client needs within the Enterprise market segment
- Support the Sales team with training, demo scripts, and resources to strengthen product knowledge and presentation skills
- Provide strategic feedback to Product, Development, and Marketing teams based on market trends and client input
- Manage CRM activity, participate in marketing events, complete ongoing product certifications, and meet annual performance goals
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, accounting, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- One plus (1 ) years of successful software sales or presales experience, preferably with a Cloud ERP or solutions provider
- Prior experience using Client Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track and manage prospect and client activity
- Strong presentation and demonstration skills
- Understanding of sales strategies and consultative selling and relationship-building techniques
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to build relationships with team members and clients of all levels
- Strong influencing and communication skills
- Proactive with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand and demonstrate technical products
- Ability to manage a sales demonstration environment
- High responsiveness with proven client-centered commitment and focus
- Ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel up to 50%
Ideal to Have:
- Yardi domain experience
- Industry expertise in relevant industry (property management, senior housing)
- Experience in Real Estate Operations or Real Estate Accounting
