What are the responsibilities and job description for the Concierge position at Yarco?
Cleaning: Light cleaning in vacant and pre-leased units prior to residents moving in will be required. Organizing event rooms and guest suites to their original stature as designed by the manager while maintaining company standards.
Common Space: Ensure resident satisfaction by maintaining the cleanliness of interior & exterior of property by completing daily tasks in the manner prescribed by company standards.
Supply Room & Equipment: Keep supply rooms fully stocked and in a clean and orderly state, ensure cleanliness of vacuum cleaner and other cleaning equipment/supplies.
Customer Service: Ensure that the resident property meets and exceeds company standards for resident satisfaction and being available on a 24-hour emergency basis.
Events- The concierge needs to prepare and organize resident events based off the monthly budget provided.
Perform other duties as needed.

Position Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Experience:1 year of customer service experience.
Physical & Cognitive: Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 pounds.
If job includes or may include driving for company business:
- Driver must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record with company insurance carrier
- Driver must have reliable means of transportation
- Driver must have the ability to be insurable at standard rates for driving.
- Driver must provide proof of personal auto liability insurance when using vehicles for company business
