- Must be able to deal tactfully with team members, other staff members, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies and the general public
- Coordinate internal admissions process
- Act as customer service liaison for the facility
- Follow up on admissions concerns from residents, family and staff
- Secure signatures on admission documents
- Give tours of the facility
- Contact residents to ensure that all of their needs are met and the experience is positive
- Assist residents, family members and visitors with any special requests or arrangements
- Report any customer service concerns to the Administrator
- Demonstrate a passion for caring as evidenced by interaction between co-workers, residents, families and visitors
- Maintain a professional appearance and a clean organized workspace
- Perform all other duties as assigned
