As a Service Writer Assistant, you will play a key role in helping our office and shop operate efficiently while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally
- Schedule appointments and follow up with customers
- Check in and verify parts deliveries
- Assist service advisors with daily office operations
- Help maintain shop workflow and communication between office and technicians
- Provide customer shuttle rides when needed
- Assist with vehicle check-in and customer intake
- Help build and update repair orders in Tekmetric
- Contact customers regarding vehicle status updates
- Assist with estimate preparation and follow-up calls
- Keep customer waiting area and front office organized and professional
- Help ensure repair orders, keys, and paperwork are properly managed
- Support service advisors with daily tasks as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- Automotive repair shop experience preferred
- Customer service experience required
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Experience with Tekmetric is a plus
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Valid Driver's License with Clean Driving Record
