Duties
- Plan, coordinate, and execute local marketing campaigns and promotional events to boost brand awareness in the South Ingot area
- Engage with customers through face-to-face interactions, providing product demos and answering inquiries with enthusiasm and clarity
- Represent the company at community events, trade shows, and other public gatherings to promote products and services effectively
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to diverse audiences, showcasing features and benefits clearly
- Foster strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring satisfaction
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify new opportunities and support regional sales initiatives
- Maintain detailed records of event activities, customer interactions, and marketing outcomes to inform future strategies
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED and 10 yrs in manufacturing, or a bachelor's degree
- 5 years of Supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with furnaces or molten metal processes.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Root Cause Analysis and Reliability excellence methodologies.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
