The Role
You'd be the most senior controls engineer on site at a privately held OEM that builds engineered-to-order custom automation systems. No plant support. No PE firm in the picture. You own controls from concept through deployment.

What You'll Actually Do
- Design and program control systems for custom, complex industrial equipment
- Work across Rockwell PLC and motion, robotics, vision systems, IT/OT networking, and SQL-based data capture
- Own hardware design and BOMs
- Mentor junior engineers and serve as the senior technical voice on site
What We're Looking For
- 7 years of controls engineering experience, in automated equipment design.
- Strong Rockwell background; robotics and vision experience a plus
- Degree in engineering or equivalent hands-on experience
- Someone who takes ownership and sees projects through from start to finish
