Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with the organization's objectives and that they can be addressed by the ERP system.
- System Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize the ERP system to meet business needs, including defining workflows, data models, and security settings, and ensuring the system is tailored to optimize business processes.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop test plans, conduct testing, and oversee the validation of ERP modules and configurations to verify that they function correctly and meet user requirements.
- Training and Change Management: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they understand how to effectively use the ERP system. Develop change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and user adoption.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously monitor and evaluate the ERP system's performance and its impact on business operations. Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement changes.

- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
- Experience with ERP Sage X3 is a plus
For the role of ERP Business Analyst, the physical requirements are generally minimal due to the office-based nature of the job. However, some physical demands may include:
- Regularly required to sit for extended periods.
