JOB SUMMARY:
Position is required to maintain the production of Steel Trailers
JOB DUTIES:
- Construct and fabricate steel boat trailers
- Welding Certification required
- Ensure parts are correct to build product
- Build jigs and fixtures of all sizes and shapes required in production operation
- Build all steel trailers per engineering Blue Prints and Drawings
- Versatile in Depts. 7000 7010 7020
- Assist R&D with welding and fabricating tasks.
- Maintain a clean work area
- Any other duties assigned
QUALIFACTIONS:
- Be able to operate metal working equipment
- Mig Welder
- Stick Welder
- Cutting Torch
- Metal Cutting Saws
- Bending and Fabricating Equipment
- Plasma Cutter
- Electric Hoists
- Other Various Tools for Metal Working
- Fabricate jigs, trailers and small parts for trailers
- Read tape measure and level
- Work flexible hours if needed
- Lift 75 /- lbs.
- Work in heat
- Manual dexterity
- Good quality habits
- Good attendance habits
- Follow instructions accurately
- Complete work in a timely manner
