RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Project Planning & Support: Assist in defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to track project progress, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and report issues to management for timely resolution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with operations teams, purchasing, and other departments to align project goals with business objectives.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate project documentation, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess project success and operational efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
- Knowledge or experience of Manufacturing processes such as assembly, fabrication, paint, welding, or plastics.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present findings and collaborate with teams.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Project Management Certifications (CAPM, PMP, Scrum Master) are a plus (especially in lieu of a degree).
- Experience: 2 years of experience in project analysis, or process improvement roles preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel/Power BI) and project management software (Microsoft Project, Miro, Wrike, or similar).
