Client Services Representative

We are currently seeking a Client Services Representative to join our team. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between our sales team, operations team, and customers to ensure a seamless experience from purchase through delivery.

Responsibilities
- Partner with the sales team to ensure smooth and successful product deliveries
- Answer operational questions from customers and internal teams regarding sales processes and order details
- Keep customers informed about product availability and delivery timelines
- Verify customer order details including color, size, energy specifications, door swing, and other product selections
- Process exchanges requested by management
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding sales orders prior to delivery
- Respond to customer inquiries via email regarding order and account questions
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure order modifications are completed prior to delivery
- Provide a high level of service to ensure a positive customer experience
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of call center or customer service experience, or equivalent education
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills
- Strong listening, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Ability to work occasional rotating Saturdays
- Must consent to a criminal background check
Schedule
Training Schedule:
Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Regular Schedule (After Training):
Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Rotating Saturday schedule may be required
This role follows a hybrid schedule after the training period is completed:
- 3 days in-office (mandatory)
- 2 days remote
