Job Responsibilities
- Develops, issues, and conducts training—classroom, e-learning, multimedia, simulators, and workshops.
- Tasked with Navy training curriculum per NAVEDTRA guidelines.
- Prepares lesson plans, materials, and technical instruction content.
- Includes setup of course content and instructor support.
- Bachelors in Technical Field, Education, Psychology, or related discipline. Must meet technical training degree requirements.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with development and issuance of classroom training, electronic learning, multimedia programs, distance learning, satellite training, other computer-aided instructional technologies, videos, simulators, and workshops.
- Experience setting up teaching materials and lesson plans prior to the class.
- Certified Professional in Learning & Performance (CPLP) or equivalent advantageous. (Not mandatory but beneficial.)
