Our client is seeking Sr Business Analyst with a technical background to support software development IT Projects using a mix of Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid Methodologies.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform all tasks related to business analysis, including problem/opportunity identification, elicitation of requirements, and management of stakeholders to meet business and project objectives.
- Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.
- Create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team.
- Develop and conduct peer reviews of the business requirements to ensure that requirement specifications are correctly interpreted.
- Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary.
- Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements verbally or through written documentation to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood.
- Facilitate collaboration and knowledge transfer between stakeholders and the development team
- Work with other BSAs, Data Analysts, Business Architect, Development, and Data Governance teams to ensure the needs of these partners are incorporated into project requirements.
- Develop user acceptance tests and facilitate their execution and business validation discussions and meetings.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills with experience leading cross-functional business and IT teams through requirements gathering, solution delivery, and organizational change.
- Proven experience managing cloud-hosted SaaS implementations, documenting business and system processes, and utilizing project management and requirements management tools.
- Expertise in Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid project management methodologies, with the ability to communicate project health, risks, and status to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt quickly and work independently in fast-paced environments.
- Technical background preferred, with experience in healthcare, data modernization, Enterprise Data Warehouse initiatives, Microsoft Office Suite, and certifications such as PMP and AWS Cloud Practitioner considered a plus.
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
