Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex IT projects across multiple teams, ensuring successful delivery, stakeholder alignment, and adherence to project governance standards.
- Coordinate project planning, execution, risk management, budgeting, reporting, and release activities to achieve on-time and on-budget outcomes.
- Oversee vendor and contractor performance, including procurement coordination, deliverable tracking, and compliance with KPIs, SLAs, and contractual requirements.
- Provide technical leadership for cloud modernization, infrastructure upgrades, application migrations, and security remediation initiatives while ensuring alignment with architecture and security standards.
- Facilitate testing, training, communication, and cross-functional collaboration to support successful implementation, user adoption, and operational readiness.
- 5 years of experience managing large-scale, complex IT projects, including project budgeting, scheduling, and delivery oversight.
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing concepts (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), hybrid cloud environments, and cloud migration initiatives.
- 5 years of experience with automation technologies, including PowerShell, Azure CLI, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and DevOps/CI/CD practices.
- PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification with proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for technical and business audiences.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to mitigate risks, adapt to changing priorities, and manage multiple concurrent projects; experience with Azure migration services and AI technologies (LLMs, Agentic AI, automation platforms) is highly desired.
