Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Professional role based in Richwood, TX. The Sales Professional will greet customers, actively listen to their needs, and guide them through the process of selecting new or pre-owned vehicles that align with their preferences and budget. Daily responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations and test drives, explaining vehicle features and financing options, preparing accurate quotes, and completing sales paperwork in a timely and compliant manner. The role also involves promptly following up with leads, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and updating the CRM with detailed, accurate records. The Sales Professional will collaborate with finance and service teams, stay current on product knowledge and promotions, and support a positive, inclusive showroom environment.
