Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable

What You’ll Do:
- Enter bills into QuickBooks and ensure all supporting documents are complete.
- Match invoices to packing slips and pull invoices for shipping carriers.
- Code expenses, track due dates, and prepare payable items for mailing.
- Reconcile vendor statements and shipping carrier accounts.
- Maintain organized AP files, binders, and digital records.
- Invoice warranties and verify accuracy of customer billing.
- Apply customer payments and book deposits in QuickBooks.
- Review customer orders for accuracy and resolve discrepancies with internal teams.
- Maintain accurate AR documentation and support customer communication as needed.
- Assist with year-end audit preparation by pulling requested documents.
- Support general accounting tasks and follow established procedures.
Qualifications:
- Experience in shipping, warehouse operations, or fulfillment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive, professional attitude.
- Reliable work habits and ability to follow procedures.
- Experience leading or training others preferred.
- Ability to lift 25-45 lbs. without assistance.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills for order lookup, tracking, and inventory adjustments.
- Familiarity with shipping software and ecommerce platforms is a plus.
Schedule & Work Environment:
- Full-time, weekday manufacturing schedule.
- Additional hours may be scheduled during peak demand, including some Saturdays.
- Warehouse environment with frequent standing, lifting, bending and walking.
- Hands-on role with a mix of packaging, workflow coordination, and problem-solving.
- Located at YakAttack headquarters in Farmville, VA
