Clinical Director

We are a new, mission-driven mental health startup dedicated to serving low-income and vulnerable individuals through accessible behavioral health and IOP services. We are seeking a Clinical Director who is passionate about ethical care, strong clinical leadership, and compliance excellence.

This is a contracted, with flexible hours — ideal for a licensed clinician who wants meaningful work, stable supplemental income, and the opportunity to help build a quality program from the ground up.

What You'll Do

• Provide clinical oversight, ensuring compliance with Florida mental health and IOP standards
• Offer clinical supervision to pre-licensed staff (required role)
• Take on a small caseload initially until therapists are hired
• Review documentation, treatment plans, assessments, and chart compliance
• Support administrative leadership in developing policies, workflows, and service quality
• Participate in light monthly oversight ("oversight-only" hours during licensing)

Compensation

• $500 stipend during licensing phase
• $50/hr once client services begin (clinical work supervision oversight)
• Position is a 1099 Contract

Ideal Candidate

• Licensed in Florida: LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist
• Strong understanding of compliance, documentation, and IOP/behavioral health standards
• Able to take a small client caseload temporarily
• Comfortable supervising interns and unlicensed clinicians
• Passionate about serving vulnerable and underserved populations
