Location: Harrison's Landing – 108 People's St. T-Head Corpus Christi TX Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Reports To: Head Bartender / Front of House Manager
Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our dynamic team. Working under the guidance of the Head Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining high-quality drink preparation in our high-volume outdoor setting. You will play a key role in executing our beverage program and ensuring operational excellence across all service points.
Key Responsibilities
1. Drink Preparation & Service
Quality Control: Prepare and serve beverages according to established house recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and speed.
Guest Engagement: Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to all guests, enhancing the outdoor dining experience.
2. Operations & Maintenance
SOP Adherence: Strictly follow sidework checklists and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for opening, mid-shift, and closing duties.
- Inventory Assistance: Support the Head Bartender with daily inventory counts, stock rotation, and alerting management to low-stock items.
Bar Upkeep: Ensure all bar stations are clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the shift.
Qualifications
Experience: 1–2 years of bartending experience, preferably in a fast-paced or outdoor environment.
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of classic cocktails, beer, and wine service; familiarity with POS systems.
Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with the bar team and follow directions from the Head Bartender.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for the duration of a shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
Resilience to work in various outdoor weather conditions.
