What You’ll Do
- Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Escort guests to their tables and provide them with dining details
- Maintain an organized and clean waiting area
- Create seating charts, table assignments, and seat guests in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional manner
- Assist guests with needs throughout the duration of the cruise
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and courteous demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
