What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Analyst position at Xylo Consulting LLC?
Gather and analyze business data and requirements to facilitate various scrum ceremonies across multiple business systems and processes. Translate high-level requirements into detailed functional specifications for development teams, ensuring features are iteratively added to maximize value within time and budget constraints. Develop high-level and low-level process flows and maintain a refined backlog to ensure user stories are sprint-ready. Conduct requirement verification and validation sessions to map business and functional needs. Perform impact, risk, and gap analysis, reviewing test plans, test cases, and traceability to ensure high-quality product delivery. Develop key artifacts, including System Requirement Documents (SRS), Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTM), and Functional Specification Documents (FSD), while overseeing the defect remediation process.
