- Identifying and articulating business needs to ensure outcomes align with the company’s strategic focus.
- Translating business requirements into comprehensive IT systems and software specifications.
- Utilizing data analysis techniques to deliver insights for business strategies and decision-making.
- Collaborating closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and quality execution of projects.
- Implementing and overseeing change management strategies related to new systems and processes.
- Conducting user acceptance testing, system validations, and quality assurance processes.
- Preparing and presenting reports, findings and insights to stakeholders and senior management.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, experience in a tech company will be an added advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of business structures, IT systems integration, project management, and data analysis techniques.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with attention to detail.
