Client Expectation:
Strong Technical Program Manager with experience in delivering complex programs and clearly defining scope and requirements.
Proven experience working with sellers, sales teams, and Channel Account Managers (CAM) to implement effective sales strategies.
Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and delivery frameworks, with the ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, including writing concise reports and providing regular (weekly) updates.
Strong communication skills with the ability to drive cross-functional alignment and ensure successful program execution.
