Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to ensure a pristine environment.
- Perform floor care duties such as mopping, sweeping, and carpet cleaning to maintain a spotless appearance throughout the property.
- Restock amenities like toiletries, towels, and linens to meet guest needs promptly and efficiently.
- Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms to identify maintenance issues or safety hazards and report them immediately.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations and hotel standards.
- Assist with deep cleaning projects such as carpet shampooing or industrial cleaning tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with housekeeping management to prioritize tasks and ensure timely room turnover for incoming guests.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial work is highly preferred.
