Shaner Hotels has an exciting opportunity at our 98-room Holiday Inn Jacksonville E 295 Baymeadows. Conveniently located at the intersection of Interstate 295 and Baymeadows Road, our hotel provides easy access to downtown Jacksonville, the city's beautiful beaches, and many of Northeast Florida's top business, healthcare, and entertainment destinations.
Guests enjoy our prime location near St. Johns Town Center, The Avenues Mall, the University of North Florida, Mayo Clinic, and Florida State College at Jacksonville – South Campus. Outdoor enthusiasts can also explore the nearby Timucuan Ecological and Historic Preserve, offering miles of hiking, biking, kayaking, and other recreational activities.

- Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
- Handle guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintains standards of quality and cleanliness throughout daily assignments.
- Observes all house and safety rules, housekeeping room procedures, and security procedures.
- Cleans and services assigned guest rooms by category priority according to franchise and hotel standards.
- Returns and restocks cart at end of shift.
- Complete additional deep cleaning / seasonal cleaning functions as scheduled.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Knowledge of proper chemical handling.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
- Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.
