- Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities.
- Utilize tools such as Hootsuite for scheduling posts and analyzing performance metrics.
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform content strategy.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns.
- Manage advertising campaigns on platforms like Google and Facebook to drive traffic and conversions.
- Edit videos and graphics using software such as Adobe Illustrator to create compelling visual content.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media trends.
